This is a view from the patio of the Iron Door Restaurant, up on Mt. Lemmon. That clearing is the Ski Run and lift for the Ski Valley park.

As the summer heat is upon us here in Arizona, it is nice to get away from the desert once in a while and see real green trees. With just a mere 45-minute drive, you can be up in the mountains, in the cool breeze, and real shade of real trees.

So lately I've been going up there every Friday to play at the restaurant. Is it any wonder I took the gig for a little less money?
