Actually this is an enhanced version of a previous image I had posted. I just set the image to grayscale, then back to color. Then I just add a touch of red to give the image a sepia tone, and appear to be an old worn photo. Taking more time on an image such as this would be to actually add defects, such as dust and scratches, and maybe even artificial wrinkles, tears, and creases.
