This Cardinal was taken out of the game and put on the bench. I don't know much, but I think it had something to do with a fowl.
Digital photography tip: "Don't Look"
As we take picture after picture with
our digital cameras, one of the habits we have acquired is to want to
immediately look at the picture that we just took. I mean, after all, we got
that cool little display to use to see if we got a good shot or not, or to see
if Uncle Fred was smiling or just making faces again. And then everybody else is
yelling, "Ooh, let me see, let me see!" As if they don't remember what
they looked like.
But in that time that we took to go back and display and examine the image, we could have
taken several more, and we might have missed a much better shot. My advice is to
just take more and more pictures and look at them all later.
One of my definitions of a good photographer is not a person that takes the best pictures. But the person that takes the most pictures. Because through the law of averages, out of more images to choose from, there would have to be some better than others. And the more you take, the better your odds.
So with my archive of about 30,000
pictures or so I should have at least ONE that's good RIGHT???
AT LEAST ONE THAT I COULD SELL, RIGHT???
WELL THEN HOW COME I'M STILL BROKE???
(oops, sorry, I got a little carried away there)
Anyway, digital film (memory) is so inexpensive these days. Especially when you
consider the fact that it's totally reusable.
So take lots of pictures and you'll surely have some in the mix that will be
good.
AND SOMEBODY WILL ACTUALLY PAY MONEY
FOR IT, RIGHT????
(oops, there I go again, heh, heh)
