(Nov 8) 3 6th graders from Durant Middle School in Durant, Iowa walked 10 miles with me from Solon, IA to Iowa City.  They wanted to participate in my walk for epilepsy.  They are Caitlyn Snook (blue), McKensey Reid (white), and Symone Silva (green.)  We had a great time walking together.  We gave a great big wave and smile to every vehicle that drove by, and had all the big trucks honking their air horns at us.  It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed their company.  They plan on making this walk into a Current Event at their school.
