What Is It?

Future Resource, Inc. is a new corporation with the goal to help clean the world and rid it of municipal waste, garbage, and sewage, and reclaim the valuable components within by utilizing a patented organic fusion process.

The Organic Fusion Process uses a thermal pressure process to break the complex molecular structures of the organics that includes patented steps, greatly reducing the energy needed to break the molecular carbon chains. The design presented here is geared to break down garbage and raw sewage to produce crude oil, gas, and other by-products.

The Process:
    The patented process uses municipal solid waste (MSW) and sewage. The MSW is mechanically processed to remove reusable materials (metals and glass) and nonorganic material (rock, sand, concrete) leaving only carbon based material (plastic, paper, yard waste, food) which constitute 82% of MSW. This organic material is reduced and mixed with sewage forming a processible sludge.

Products:
     The sludge is then processed producing water, crude oil, hydrocarbon gases and an elemental rich residue that is then processed for reuse.  By weight the output is 50% oil, 30% gases  (which 50% is combustible) and 20% solids. (based on typical MSW material composition).  Crude oil composition is 30% C5-C12, 30% C11-C18, 20% C15-C28 and 20% C27-C40. One pound of organic solids generates one half pound of crude oils with an energy value of 17,000 Btu per pound, the same pound of solids generates two and a half Cu. Ft. of combustible gases with an energy value of 2200 Btu per pound. By volume 50% of the combustible gases is hydrogen.

Efficiency and ROI:
     The energy needed to conduct the mechanized and thermal processing is provided by the processed hydrocarbon gases. Once the process is placed in motion no additional energy is needed to sustain processing and � of the total Btu value is available as product. The cost of a plant that would process all of the refuse and sewage for a U.S. city of one million people is estimated at $100 million. That plant, after maintenance costs, would produce at least $100 million in product sale profits annually, and that is based on $40 per barrel for the crude oil. Our History:
    Future Resource, Inc., is an endeavor spawned by Carl Gali back in 2002, with the initial premise in mind to use various chemicals to break down sewage into a natural gas. Of course this process has been done over and over again throughout the years by other entities and has been reasonably successful in producing a usable and burnable methane gas. So it seemed pointless to "re-invent the wheel", as they say. 
    But Carl's inventive, and creative, and well, just plain stubborn mind, would not stop there. So he altered his research and changed directions and methods to include municipal waste and garbage, along with the sewage, to produce a crude oil, and a natural gas. This was the invention of the "Organic Fusion Process". He then went on to build a small batch sample prototype system (pictured above) to prove the technology. 
    Just this last year we have patented this process and formulated Future Resource, Inc. as a shell corporation to begin the tedious process of procuring venture capital and/or sell licensing to get this amazing patented process into the infrastructure of this country and hopefully the world, and finally help to clean up this planet of municipal waste, sewage, garbage, and landfills, while providing various resources from these processes. What are we doing?
    We are currently attending meetings after meetings and have been talking to various key people and government officials here within the Tucson area that we feel can help us with this huge endeavor, and we will be getting this project going before it's too late, and while this planet may still be able to recover from the damage we have already done.
